Grenoside Reading Room

Saturday 4th June 2022 at the Reading Room: Queens Jubilee celebration day 9am to 4pm

Morning Coffee and cakes followed at lunch time by the famous Reading Room Soup and a roll.

In the afternoon we have afternoon tea and more cakes!
Served outside if weather is kind to us.

Various stalls, Jubilee bunting.

All proceeds raised will be donated to THE LOCAL SCOUT EXPLORERS who are fundraising for the World Scout Jamboree 25 in South Korea August 2023

LOCAL NEIGHBOURHOOD POLICE

Following some Grenoside residents' requests, Members of our Local Neighbourhood Police Team will be at the Reading Room on Thursday 17^th March at 7pm. A drop in session to meet and raise questions.

The Police Team will return to the Reading Room at the Monday morning café on the 21^st March. Between 9am and 11am

The Grenoside Sword Dance Traipse will take place on Saturday the 8th January 2022 starting off at the Reading Room with Dancing at 10.30am.

The Reading Room Trustees and volunteers wish you a Happy Christmas and  a Peaceful New Year.

At the time of writing we are unsure if, how and when Government will take action to deal will any changes relating to Covid. We at the Reading Room will open if we can but we need to ensure everyone's safety.
