MONDAY CAFÉ AT THE READING ROOM
8.45am to 2pm

Morning coffee, tea and home made cakes followed by, at 11.30am home made soup with fresh bread. At the Monday café we have Smith Street coffee for sale and also have a selection of delicious locally made jams for sale.

The Methodist Church in Grenoside have a Service at the Reading Room on the 1st Sunday of every month at 10.30am, All are welcome.

The Reading Room is booked most days both for regular bookings and ad hoc events and parties. If you are looking to book the room please try to give as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment. Call 07505031967

The Traipse around the Village to commence at The Grenoside Reading Room which will be open for seasonal refreshments from 10am with the Dance at 10,30am. All welcome.

A Coffee Morning is to be held at St Mark's Church on 10th September in aid of Grenoside Explorer Scouts Melissa Wilson & Christopher Hooper. They have been selected to attend the 25th World Scout Jamboree and have to raise £3,800 each for their own costs and to help fund other scouts from developing countries.

Thank you to all who supported the Grenoside Reading Room Jubilee day of celebration on Saturday 4th June. £700 was raised for the local Explorer Scouts for the WSJ 25 adventure to South Korea 2023.

The pop up Monday Post Office and the Monday Café will close during the summer holidays from Monday 25th July to the 29th August. Both will reopen on Monday 5th September 2022.
