Thank you to all who supported the Grenoside Reading Room Jubilee day of celebration on Saturday 4th June. £700 was raised for the local Explorer Scouts for the WSJ 25 adventure to South Korea 2023.

At the Monday café we have Smith Street coffee for sale and also have a selection of delicious locally made jams for sale.

SUMMER HOLIDAY CLOSING

The pop up Monday Post Office and the Monday Café will close during the summer holidays from Monday 25th July to the 29th August. Both will reopen on Monday 5th September 2022.

Following the Covid restrictions the Reading Room is booked most days, both for regular bookings and for ad hoc events and parties. If you are looking to book the room please try to give as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment.  Call 07505031967 or 0114 246 3692.

We are still collecting plastic milk bottle tops at The Reading Room to raise money for Yorkshire Cancer Research (reg charity no 516898)
